Bellevue School District is looking for on demand French interpreters and translators. BDS is committed to improving meaningful, two-way communication and promoting access to District programs, services and activities for students and parents/guardians who require communication in a language other than English. We are looking to fill two positions:
- Language Access Interpreter: Other Languages than English (On demand and in person – $35) – More info
- Language Access Translator: Other Languages than English (On demand and remote – $25) – More info
Note, the above positions are paid hourly and on demand, so it’s a good way to add to your income. This job can be done in addition to your regular job.
A language proficiency test and a training will be required. The language test can be waived for French teachers or people with more than 3 years’ experience in interpretation/translation.
