Do you love books? Do you have a digital marketing background? Take your passion and your career to the next level with the Amazon Kindle Bookstore. The digital marketing manager will support digital merchandising for product launches and Kindle books in French and English for Canada.

The right person will thrive on tackling ambiguous business problems through data analysis and smart process design. The ability to interpret datasets, define performance metrics, diagnose areas of under performance, and identify growth opportunities is a must. Also key to success in this role is the ability to work across multiple stakeholders, balance their priorities, and design simple, efficient processes for executing on complex marketing initiatives. This role will provide ample opportunity to develop exciting and innovative customer-facing marketing campaigns with the overall objective to grow Kindle French and English content.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration · Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills · Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes · Delivers on multiple deadlines and priorities compulsively as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (Canadian French Preferred) · Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications -Experience in the book/publishing industry.
  • Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
